Abstract:

Easy Export Provide all the information about exportation of product. This Easy Export application cover all the essential step tends to fulfill exportation easily. [2]For developing countries foreign trade may play major roles in economic development. [1]The focus of economic development should be on supporting innovation, increasing profitability and technology in the country. Therefore, the importance of import and export efficiency in economic development is a key issue and could be pre-eminent to economic development. [4]This application approaches agricultural field in exportation field with all essential information and general consciousness. Easy Export application provide all the information’s like HSCode, SGS Inspection, ECGC etc. Easy Export is the application based on front end in ASP.Net framework and Backend with SqlServer. ASP.Net Framework is easy to control and manages all the factors of this application whereas SQLServer provide strong support to the database for this application.

Introduction

In general, Exportation field is the main origin in Indian Economy, whereas Agricultural field provide strong reinforce in Indian Economy. Thus if agricultural field play a role in Exportation field then Indian Economy will be grow fast. Easy Export provides this platform where agricultural field merges in exportation field. There is no country in the world today which produces all the assets it needs. Every country, therefore, tries to produce those assets in which it has consonantly advantage. It exchanges part of those stocks with the commodities initiated by other countries comparatively more resourcefully. For the last two decades the International trade has speeded up immensely throughout all around the world, also it is still continuing its upward trend. In fact that the world is known as the global village and the trade between the countries is expanding rapidly and the fewer countries are dominating over International trade

A. RELATED WORK

Easy Export application works on agricultural product like Rice. The basic objective of this application is to provide conceptual and practical knowledge of Import and Export of products in all over world. Easy Export will provide HSCode of each and every product, which is common for every material in all over world also it will provide number of promotion council which changed on every product and provide SGS Inspection before material arrived at the castle. Easy Export works on two main modules which are Administrator and Exporter. Administrator will provide all information related to exportation of products. Exporter gets all the essential and important information available in this application. It has various masters which have individual functionality. Export promotional Councils(EPC) are some types authorities which are basically promoting, supporting and assisting firms in entering the international markets and realizing their resources. They were also providing proper guidance and assistance to the exporters. In legal terms, export promotional councils are noncommercial organization registered as a company or society. Each export promotional council is responsible for his particular group of products. As per the Foreign trade policy of India, if any person wants to get any license for import export restricted or other similar categories of goods or to avail any export related benefit or scheme is liable to register for Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC). Export promotional councils provide various benefits to the registered exporters. And hence plays a significant role for any exporter in India. The basic objective of Export Promotion Councils is to develop and upgrade the exports of the nation. Each Council is in charge of the promotion of specific group of projects, products, and services. This council helps in sponsoring the development of export-related industries. They assist in diversifying the productive sector of the nation and to foster market oriented, private sector-economy via market oriented export goods development. Export Credit Guarantee Corporation is a central government undertaking body to provide credit guarantee export payment, if the buyer defaults in making payment. Easy Export application provides all agricultural product information. In this application firstly work on Rice product. In agricultural field rice is the top most product which has variable quality and huge amount of quantity in India. Now-a-days most exported rice is Sella rice. Also largest rice exporter country in all over world is India. Top rice exporter in India is KRBL Limited whereas Most Exported brand of rice is CUP Brand.

II. TECHNOLOGIES USED

A. ASP.NET

ASP.Net is the incomer of Microsoft ASP (Active Server Pages), but it is developed to be more powerful than ASP. ASP.Net can be used to build dynamic websites and web based distributed applications. And it responds to data submitted by the user from the HTML form, and access to the data or database, and then returns the results to the browser. ASP.NET is a development platform provided by .NET Framework. And its features are a completely object-oriented programming model, which includes an event-driven, control-based architecture that encourages code encapsulation and reuse. When coding in ASP.NET applications, every programmer have all accesses to the classes in the .NET Framework to working on the tasks. It consumes very huge amount of memory usage and execution time, due in a long code path. For Such web-based applications, these all limitations would be a serious problem, because on the web, application may be extended to thousands of users per second. Memory usage may also become a issue on the Web server. On the other side, obviously the advantages of ASP.NET depend on its simple design and implementation. This is the dream of object-oriented programming: Language flexible and support to complex object-oriented features. In this sense, it could be able to interoperate with the existing skills of programmer.

B. SQL 2008 Server Database

Microsoft SQL Server is a database management and analysis system. Microsoft SQL Server is for e-commerce, line-of-business, and data warehousing solutions. And it is a powerful and easy-to-operate back-end database management system, which is increasingly favored by the majority of database users. So many development tools are provided with SQL Server interface. SQL Server is a relational database management system. It is originally developed by three companies, Microsoft, Sybase and Ashton-Tate jointly. The first version was OS/2, launched in 1988. And after the release of Windows NT, Microsoft and Sybase SQL Server developers parted ways, Microsoft moved SQL Server to Windows NT system, and focused on the development and promotion of SQL Server Windows NT version. SQL Server cannot only be applied to some small and medium-sized database management and the establishment of a distributed relational database, but also to develop a desktop database. In fact, this basic structure of the SQL Server database processing uses relational database model. The SQL Server Enterprise Manager is management tool for SQL Server, and complies with the MMC standard user interface, allowing users to define the instance of SQL Server group. The SQL Server also supports functions like registering individual servers the group, configuring all SQL Server options for each registered server, creating and also managing of all SQL Server database objects, log-ins, users and permissions certain each registered server, and defining and executing all SQL Server administrative tasks on each registered server.

III. SYSTEM ANALYSIS

Export of Product needs to go through various steps like getting HSCode, Export Promotion Council, SGS Inspection of every product, Dun & Bradstreet etc. This application initially works on Agricultural products like Rice. Rice has been a significant element in the exports from India all these years. In the year 1999, Rice has been all around 25% of the total agricultural exports in India. Some of the rice production giants like Myanmar, Chine, Japan, and Vietnam etc countries. However, the ever-growing demand for the rice across the globe, which gives a good scope for the rice export business from India. To export rice from India such following points need to be consider Primary Requirements’

• From DGFT get Import-Export code.
• With Get Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) by applying for RCMC certificate
• Get Phyto-Sanitary Certificate issued by Plant Quartine department, which were required at the time of customs Clearance.

Export policy of Rice Product
Seed quality of Rice is restricted to exports. While Applying for License with DGFT (ANF 2B PART-A) Application Form for Import of Restricted Items (Para 2.37 of HBP.V-I), all are available on DGFT website.

Process of Exporting Rice From India
For starting rice export business in India below steps are essential.

• Registered a Firm- In order to export from India, you need to register a company. Company registration process is very easy to understand and could take around 20 days. After registration, you need to apply for company PAN. You will get your company PAN in upto 40 days. It is recommended that you simply add EXPORTERS in your company name because it’ll make it clear to your international buyer that they’re handling with right company/person.
• GET IEC (Import Export Code) – While exporting of any product from India, IEC is a must.
• Select Your Target Country- Select your target country where you will export your right. It is recommended that you simply find your potential buyers in top 30 countries.
• Find Buyers- It is most important part in any export business that how to find potential buyers in international market? You will get some tips for finding potential buyers are through contacting your relatives in that country, export trade fairs and expos, through online portal like Alibaba and Indiamart, social media advertising, promotion of your website, etc.

C. System Architecture

Figure 1 describes system architecture and its detailed working Process. The front end system provides a graphical

User interface (GUI) in the form of website where administartor of the system interact with the application whereas the backend consists of sqlserver database in order to extract product information from system. The extracted information of products is stored in SqlServer database. Export promotional Councils(EPC) are some types authorities which are basically promoting, supporting and assisting firms in entering the international markets and realizing their resources. They were also providing proper guidance and assistance to the exporters. In legal terms, export promotional councils are non-profit organization registered as a company or society. Each export promotional council is liable for his particular group of products. Dun & Bradstreet provides information about businesses via a global commercial database. Dun & Bradstreet manages all business information and helps companies communicate their creditworthiness.

D. Implementation

Working of the proposed system is as follows: The backend system consists of sqlserver database. SqlServer is the database system which manage data and analysis system for Easy Export system; it is powerful and easy-to-operate back-end database management system. In this application admin of Easy Export has only rights to register overall exporters which are belong to this application. In this application storage scheduling center provide all available information of products. This information stored in backend information system. This system working under Management of all operations related to exportation of products. Easy Export System gathers all the information in one application that used to be easy and user friendly for the exporter. Each and every process has its own functionality, thus this application provides all these things. HSCode which is unique code of every product, it is used in all over the world. In this application to get HSCode has one master from where user can get it easily. In this application there are several masters for all the processes ECGS master for getting ECGS easy throughout the insurance. Also Export Promotional Councils master which would be provide basically promoting, supporting and assisting firms in entering the international markets and realizing their resources.

CONCLUSION

Any marketing there is a motive towards profit involved and at the same time the marketing is to be based on certain values, principles and philosophies such as offering just and fair prices to the farmers who where toil hard to till. It is necessary reforms coupled with proper price discovery mechanism through regulated market system will help streamline and strengthen agricultural marketing. This application will definitely fulfill all the requirements for the every exporter. So that he should get correct and efficient information of every exporting product.
