Abstract –

This application helps in providing users the necessity of ROOMS/FLATS on RENT. The main purpose of the application is to give a platform for sellers to help provide each and every information of the particular ROOMS/FLATS to the buyers. It is Android Application in which the particular user can browse and search for ROOMS/FLATS and necessary household items such as Electronic Gadgets, Furniture’s and various other House ware Items. This Android application provides the main facilities for finding accommodation for people who travel from one place to another in terms of jobs, studies, etc. The seller and buyer can easily interact with each other with the help of this application. This application gives you the platform where the buyer and seller can discuss about the issues which they are facing while shifting from city to city. Here the one selling the ROOMS/FLATS needs to fill the details which he/she wants to sell, date of leaving, house ware items(if any), home decor. Similarly the buyer needs to fill the details of his/her requirements like size of room, date of joining, location, house ware items(if any) ,home décor, utensils, etc,…

The Android application MIMO (MOVING IN & MOVING OUT) is different from these applications in features such as with selling’s and renting it also provides users with features of renting, house wares, and furniture’s. It will provide ease to the people shifting from one place to another who will need furniture for their homes and rooms. This will reduce their efforts to personally go and look for furniture’s. It’s a Mobile Application in which users can browse and search for ROOMS/FLATS and items such as Furniture’s, Electronics Gadgets, and other House ware Items.

1. INTRODUCTION

The title of our project is MOVING IN & MOVING OUT. This Android Application is used to help people in finding the accommodation anywhere in India.

Now-a-days lot of people are facing some or the other problems in finding accommodation while shifting to other cities in search for studies, jobs,…etc. Therefore there is an immediate need for an application like ‘MOVING IN & MOVING OUT’, which helps provide the user facilities in finding the appropriate accommodation anywhere in India. The similar type of application like “Room For You” is such an application which provide user (sellers & buyers) with all these facilities, but it is applicable only in a specific city (Jaipur).

Similarly, there are lot more applications for purpose of buying and selling some of them are mentioned as: “Idealista”, “99acres”, and “MagicBricks” which helps provide facilities for accommodation in various other cities but lack in some of the major facilities such as providing extra services to the user like helping in assembling home, house ware items, home décor, and other house wares,. Therefore in order to solve such issues we need to introduce a new application called “Moving In & Moving Out”.

However the facilities that help provide users with the features of searching appropriate and affordable ROOMS/FLATS anywhere in India. This application also helps provides users with additional facilities like finding house ware items along with the particular ROOMS/FLATS that the user is going to buy. The seller and buyer can easily interact with each other with help of this Android Application. Here the buyer and seller has facilities to discuss about the issues which they are facing while shifting. Here the seller has to fill the details of his/her ROOM/FLAT which he/she wants to sell, it’s date of leaving, and if any house ware items(if any), home decor. Similarly the buyer also needs to fill the details of his/her requirements like size of room, date of joining, location, house ware items(if any) ,home décor, utensils, etc,…

The Application Provides One On One Facility To The Seller And Buyer Which Makes Easy For The User To Find Room/Flats. This application provides facilities for accommodation of people who travel from one place to another. This application provides the rooms/flats on rent. The purpose of this application is to provide a platform for sellers to solely provide each & every information of rooms/flats to the buyers. It’s a mobile application in which users can browse and search for rooms/flats and items such as furniture’s, electronic gadgets, and other house ware items.

The above mentioned Research paper “RENTAL HOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” which is written by the authors “Henry Peter Gommans, and George Mwenda Njiru” provides us with the information about the Housing Management system. This Research paper was published in the journal “The International journal of scientific Research Publication- Nov 2014”. The work of the system design was described on the basis of the study served, which is the objective of the Rental Management System. Through the due knowledge of computers available in the market and the various other facilities provided by the vendors, many of the activities are involved were the technical nature is required as a certain degree of knowledge about the computers related technology. Nevertheless, without the active involvement of the user, a system could not be designed in isolation. The user had a vital role to play at this stage too.

Data collected during feasibility study was utilized systematically during the system design though. Designing a system which is a creative process that calls for logical as well as lateral thinking

At each design making step, the capabilities of the personnel and the equipment is kept in mind, these systematic and planned moves towards the end product is called as the logical approach.

The application “ROOM FOR YOU” developed in December 2015. The main objective behind this application aims in providing ROOMS/FLATS within a specific city (JAIPUR). It also provies facilities for selecting roommates, but this application is not applicable all over India. ‘Room for you’ provides the platform for renting the Rooms throughout the JAIPUR. This Application provides online resources for all kinds of Rental earthlings and Listing. It is the most comprehensive rental listing database in the JAIPUR. This application is designed to handle the ever fast growing rental needs of Renters/Owners. This application includes commercial & Residential places such as Home, Houses, Flat, Room, Office for Rent. When the request is sent by the user for the room through this Application, which ever owners is closest to your preferred location will be called by the team, to fulfill your requirements immediately, & you will be served as soon as possible. We are a young & dynamic team working towards disrupting the To-Let Services to changes the way people stay away from home.

Another Android Application such as “IDEALISTA” developed in 2016. The main objective behind this application is to help provide the facilities to the customer such as, buying and selling and renting of ROOMS/FLATS. It also helps provide ROOMS/FLATS along with house ware items for the users. But this application is applicable only in ‘SPAIN’. In Idealista, which is the leading real estate portal in SPAIN, we have designed this Application in order to find better house that we need or we can sale or lease as easily without any difficulty. If we are looking for a person who is willing to share the Flat or a tenant for our room then our application will be helpful in doing so. If we need to rent or sell our house, this Application allows you to upload the lists for garages, flats, commercial property, offices and the necessary information that includes upto 40 photos, and if you already have a list on Idealista, you can modify or change and add photos. We have more than thousands of homes and rooms that are advertised on sale and for renting in Madrid, Barcelona and even in other villages. This application will help show those who are close to you, thanks to advanced technology of android geo-location, the application can also scans a radius of 10 km & provides a list of homes for you.

The Android Application MOVING IN & MOVING OUT is different from these applications in features like selling and renting of ROOMS/FLATS, it also provides users with the features such as renting house wares and furniture’s. It will also provide ease to the people in shifting from one place to another the one who will need furniture for their homes and rooms. This will help reduce their efforts in personally going and looking for the furniture’s.

3. OUR APPROACH

We are presently stuck with latest technology, where what we really want is just stuff behind the hard work. With this currently changing situation shifting in technological field, there is an urgent necessity to have an Android Application that will help or provide user to find accommodation like flats, houses, and rooms, that can be rented, purchased or sold anywhere in India.

The title of this project is “MOVING IN & MOVING OUT” which is based on the most known problem i.e. accommodation for people who travel from one place to another place or city to city.

This Android Application provides facilities for accommodation of people, who travel from one place to another place. This Android Application helps provide the ROOMS/FLATS on RENT also. The main purpose of this Android Application is to provide a platform for sellers to provide every information of ROOMS/FLATS to the buyers.It’s a Mobile Application where the users can search for ROOMS/FLATS and ITEMS like Furniture’s, Electronics Gadgets, and other House ware Items.

Mentioned below are the users who can access the Android Application:

Buyer:
- Here the Buyers are provided with the facility that allows filling their requirements for room’s locations, its size, and housing ware items if they required.
- The Buyer firstly will need to make his/her Id with all the contact details.
- The Buyer can therefore access his/her account from anywhere, as the website has an Android Application, it will be easy to access the account from anywhere.
Seller:
- Sellers are provided with the facilities that allows to fill the details about ROOMS/FLATS and renting and house wares.
- The seller firstly will need to make his/her Id with all the contact details.
- The Seller can therefore access his/her account from anywhere, as the website has a Android Application also, it will be easy to access the account from anywhere.

I. LOGIN:

This is our Login Page from which user will login to access the application, if the user has already registered to the application.
But if user is newly accessing this application then user will have to register first for the application.
Administrator can also login and access the admin backend not seen by ordinary members or visitors to your site.
Administrator grants full or partial access to all the administrative privileges.
Admin will have the full access over the authentication.

II. NEW USER:

This is our New User page where the user who is firstly using this application has to register here.

So that user can easily access the MIMO application anytime, anyplace, and anywhere.

After the user has been registered the user can set his/her own password to access this application.

III. MOVE – IN:

This is our Move –In page where the user who has been registered can use this application easily.

In this, user has to fill the details of his/her ROOM/FLATS for which they are searching for.

The details like date of joining, city, room size, room cost, room setup, and other house wares.

Here city field, date of joining field, and Room cost field are mandatory to be filled by the user so as to search for the person will become easy.

Buyers can fill their requirements here.

IV. MOVE – OUT

This is our Move –Out page where the user who has been registered can use this application easily.

In this, user has to fill the details of his/her ROOM/FLATS which they want to rent or sale to another person.

The details like date of leaving, city, room size, room cost, room setup, room address, and other house wares.

Here city field, date of leaving field, Room address, and Room cost field are mandatory to be filled by the user so as to search for the another person will become easy.

V. ITEMS:

This is our Items page where the user can fills the details of additional other house wares if required.

This will be optional to the user as if they required the fulfilled ROOM/FLATS or according to his/her own facilities.

Hence, the objective of our Android Application project is to provides the users with facilities of buying, selling, and renting of rooms and flats with house wares and furniture’s by reducing the efforts of user of personally going and looking for ROOMS/FLATS and house ware items.
